Intralinks UX Team: What is Your Why?

In January 2016, SVP of Product Management, Chris Ford, shared Simon Sinek’s talk “Start with Why” at the monthly Product staff meeting. Simon’s talk focuses on how companies like Apple, who are able to communicate why they do what they do, connect with their customers on an emotional level and foster a relationship that provides a competitive advantage. Chris challenged each Product and UX team to come up with their own “Why” and present it back to the department. The UX team worked together to create a video that answers both the Intralinks “Why” and the UX team “Why”.

I led the organization and execution of this project--from arranging meetings, to guiding design and revision sessions for the overall concept, structure and production of the final video. Look for my cameo at 7:15! ;-)
