Intralinks Product: Dynamic Filter

Having both a search and a filter element on the page was becoming overwhelming. With this interactive element, I was able to combine a way for the user to "search" explicitly by typing into the empty text field and/or "filter" by selecting 1 or multiple checkboxes of common groupings of data. The table data reacts dynamically with each selection giving the user immediate feedback based on their selections as opposed to typical search/query interactions....select options, click submit, wait, dataset results....restart process if resulting dataset doesn't meet your needs. This is a powerful interactive component as it combines advanced capabilities to find very specific entries all within one elegant interaction and interface element.
